Every item will be checked carefully before shipped. All items are made with the highest quality glues and construction methods and are packed carefully.
However, if an item is damaged during shipping you must take photos of the damage as soon as possible and send the photos to us using the Etsy message feature or send us an email at info [!at] From here, we will resolve the situation and pursue a damage claim with the shipping service.

We ship items with Canada Post. However, Canada Post's size restrictions may not allow certain items (such as tables) to ship with them. If we can't ship items with Canada Post, items will be shipped with FedEx, Jori International Ltd. or UPS.

charged to you, the importer.
Any order placed exceeding USD $2500 will require a formal entry into the US, even
if they are for personal use. This means that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will require your EIN/tax identification number assigned by the IRS or your social security number. 

When shipping internationally, we generally ship with Canada Post air or surface shipping. International orders (except most US orders) generally do not come with tracking and are not insured. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you wish to upgrade to an insured/tracked shipping option;
